Shipping & Returns

Shipping:

We will have ready the garments of your order in a period of between seven and ten working days from the formalization of the same, in case you need the garment more quickly, you can contact us to try to manage a shorter time.

Once your order is prepared, we will proceed to send it through the courier company.

In case of having chosen payment by bank transfer, it must be confirmed in order to proceed.

DELIVERY is TOTALLY FREE from € 50 on all your orders to the Iberian Peninsula and the Balearic Islands.

Shipments to Ceuta, Melilla, Canary Islands and Foreigners will have shipping charges applied to them that will appear in the order process before confirming it, in these cases, the cash on delivery will not be available.

 

Returns:

The buyer has a period of 14 calendar days from when he receives our garments to make any change or return of them.

The address for changes and returns is as follows:

To make a size change:

The buyer must contact us from his customer account, by email or by telephone indicating the new size. At the above address you can send us the shipment, which you must do by your means. Once the garment is received and reviewed, we will send the new one without generating new shipping costs.

When the requested garment has different measures to our size chart at the customer's request, it will not change for obvious reasons.

The garments of "Last units", "Outlet" or "Black Friday" will not have availability to change size as they are end of collection garments.

 

To make a change for another model:

The buyer must contact us from his customer account, by email or by telephone indicating the change. At the above address you can send us the shipment, which you must do by your means. Once the garment is received and checked, we will proceed to send the new garment.

 

To make a refund:

The buyer must contact us from his customer account, by email or by telephone indicating the return. At the above address you can send us the shipment, which you must do by your means. Once the pledge is received and reviewed, we will proceed to refund the amount of the same by the same means in which the payment was made subtracting the shipping costs and / or reimbursement if appropriate, provided that it is within a period of 14 calendar days from I received it.

No returns of garments to which, at the customer's request, changes have been made to the models shown on the website.

 

Claims:

The buyer can make their claims through their customer account, by email (info@elarmariodelucia.com), by phone (650 512 603) or through the contact form and our team will resolve them satisfactorily.

 

Product Warranty:

If the consumer is, in the two years following the purchase, with any manufacturing defect in the textile item that he has purchased, he may demand that the wardrobe of Lucía apply the guarantee contained in the "General Provisions on the guarantee of the consumer products". The guarantee does not include any damage or wear that may occur due to the use of the garment.
